William and Sarah have not been "proven" as parents of Jeremiah Eden, but are

all the children he listed. Although Jeremiah was his eldest, he was named
last in the will receiving the least, as though William was cutting his son
off for some reason?William and Sarah appear on the 1776 census of Harford Co., MD in the Harford Lower Hundred. This was land between the east side of Bush River and Rumney Creek - an area just south of modern day Abington.
William Eden is listed as a Pvt., Capt. Rigdon's Co., No. 12, Dec. 3, 1775 in Harford Co., MD; signer of the Association of Freemen, 1776, Deer Creek Upper.
