Willie “Earl” Presley, 84, of Judsonia, passed away Sept. 9, 2006. He was born March 4, 1922 in Higden, Ark., to the late Caleb and Quinnie Presley.He was a Baptist and a WWII veteran and a lifetime member of VFW post 2330. He was white county’s first VA service officer. He worked as a TV repairman for over 20 years. He also worked at Wal-Mart distribution center as a Loss Prevention Officer for 17 years.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years Rosa Lee (Bolding) Presley of Judsonia;three sons, Mitchel Presley and wife Ruby of Burleson, Texas, Eddie Presley and wife Jean of Russellville, Ark., Mark Presley and wife Lisa of Texarkana, Texas; one daughter, Angie Soles and husband Brian of Bald Knob, Ark.; He was blessed with 14 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by one son, Larry Joe Presley; five sisters and two brothers.
