Born 26 Dec, 1898 in Purley, Tx to Franklin and Sallie Veasey Ferguson. Married Frankie Ann Barker 1 Dec, 1928 at Quanah. He was member of the Richland Baptist Church.
His survivors are his wife, sons Earnest Pool and Leonard Pool both of Dallas. Bro, R.E. Ferguson of Lindale. 4 grandchildren and 8 gr grandchildren.
Service conducted by Rev John Cooper. Pall bearers will be Son Mitchell, Lewis Charlton, Mark Byrd, Charles Byrd, Duain Willingham and Dea Fivash.

I remember the Fergusons well. One of her granddaughters was a very
good friend of mine when we were in high school.

Perry was always called "P.C. " Nobody every used his name. His
parents (I guess you have that information) were Franklin and Sally
Veasey Ferguson. He was born 26 December 1898 and died 16 November
1977. He married Frankie Ann Barker Poole. She was born 20 August
1899 and died 10 May 1989. She was the daughter of Elisha Barker.
(don't know her mother's name) She first married Alfred L. Poole. I
think they were divorced, but not sure. Her son had two daughters,
Linda and Patty Poole, and one step-daughter, Nancy Brownlow. The
three girls lived with the Fergusons for a few years. As far as I
know, P.C. and Frankie had no children of their own. I am almost
certain of that.
Per family friend, JoAnn Cross (joanncross@earthlink.net) in 2006:
Linda Poole married Frankie Joe Smith who also lived in the Brinker
community. They still live there, on I30 just a bit east of FM 69.
I don't know if she would be able to give you much information, or
even if she would be interested. I understand that her health is not
good. However, you might try. I think her phone number is
903-488-3627. I don't have an address or e-mail address for her.
The last address I had was Rt. 1 Box 224, Sulphur Springs TX 75482.
However, they have changed all the rural route addresses to 911
addresses, and they probably won't deliver anything to the old address.

If this doesn't work, I think I can find Nancy Brownlow. However,
she was the stepdaughter of P.C.'s stepson, so that is a stretch. I
really think that P.C. was the end of that line.

Frankie Ann Barker was born on 20 Aug 1899. She died on 10 May 1989. She was buried in Richland Cem., Brinker, TX. She married Perry Cleburn Ferguson on 1 Dec 1928 in Quanah, TX.
