Funeral Services For Mrs. Turnbow Held at ChurchFuneral services were conducted Wednesday afternoon for Mrs. R.A. Turnbow, 2 o'clock, at the Freewill Baptist church. The Rev.J.L. Waitman, pastor of the church, delivered the funeral sermon. Interment was made in the Fairlawn cemetery.
Pallbearers were: Mrs. Belle King, Mrs. Mattie Beard, Mrs. Effie McIntosh, Mrs. Rosk Cook, Mr.s Mary Moore and Mrs. Effie Hood. Mrs. Turnbow was born Dec 22, 1856 at Green county, Arkansas.
She was united in marriage to Ruff Turnbow October 1879 and to this union 4 children were born. At the age of 13 she became a member of the Freewill Baptist church.
Surviving relatives are her husband and three sons, T.M. and J.W. Turnbow, Cushing, Dee Turnbow of Konawa; three brothers, J. R. Graham, Comanche, Okla., F.M. Graham, Chico, Tex., and Eihue (sic) Graham, Calument, 16 grand children and 17 great grandchildren. Three nieces of the deceased who live in Oklahoma City were here for the funeral.
